Account, plans, and billing

Account and billing pages are organization-aware. Select the intended organization before viewing or changing commercial settings. Billing controls also require the corresponding permission.

General: billing details

The billing form contains:

• billing email;
• company or account name;
• tax zone and tax ID;
• address line 1 and optional line 2;
• city, state/region where applicable;
• country and postal code.

Tax-ID requirement and formatting depend on tax zone. Enter legal billing information that matches the payment account and invoice requirements.

Save before starting a paid subscription. Validation messages identify missing or incorrectly formatted required fields.

Dashboard

The Account Dashboard summarizes billing account and subscription status. Use the specialized Plans, Limits, Subscriptions, and Invoices pages for detailed actions and history.

Plans

Plans shows available subscription choices, monthly/annual options, current plan, trial status, and plan-change controls. Compare included features and limits with expected environments, members, execution volume, connectors, analytics, and security needs.

Start a trial

An eligible new trial creates a trial subscription. Review duration, included capabilities, and trial end. A trial can be non-renewing until a paid subscription is established according to the current offer.

Change an existing plan

Existing subscription changes use the billing provider's secure customer portal:

1. Select the intended plan/change action.
2. Complete missing billing details if prompted.
3. Review cycle, proration, and whether the change ends a trial.
4. Continue to the billing portal.
5. Confirm the change there.
6. Return to DecisionHub while it checks for the updated subscription.

Only one pending plan change is handled at a time. If the page still shows a pending change, refresh/recheck status rather than submitting repeated changes.

Add-Ons

Add-Ons lists available and active add-ons, status, and billing dates. Existing-subscription changes may open the management portal. Review whether an add-on changes limits immediately or at the next billing period and confirm after returning.

Limits

Limits displays current usage and plan capabilities. It can include execution allowances, members/resources, security features such as SSO, and other subscription-controlled capabilities.

If a feature is disabled despite role permission, check the plan limit and organization status. Role assignment cannot enable a capability excluded from the plan.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions shows the current subscription, status, billing cycle, trial end and remaining days, plus history events such as trial start/end or plan changes. Use this page to distinguish an active, trial, cancelled, or pending state.

Invoices

Invoices lists billing period, status, amount, and available detail. Open an invoice to review period and billing-account information. Invoice and payment-method operations offered by the provider are completed through the secure portal.

Cancellation and payment management

Cancellation, renewal, payment methods, and provider-managed changes should be completed in the portal opened from DecisionHub. Confirm the effective date and continued access before cancelling a production organization.

The current application does not use the retired legacy checkout flow for plan changes.
